Katie and Rowan are Local Heroes
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Katie Perin from Livingston and Rowan Erskine from Bathgate on receiving Young Local Hero awards from the Centre, Livingston; understands that Katie and Rowan were given recognition for their work at the 6th Bathgate Guides unit where they completed an International Community Service programme that involved helping out with various community projects; considers that both girls have gone the extra mile for their local community and wishes them the best of luck with their future charitable endeavours.
