25 Years of Home-Start Kirkcaldy
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Home-Start Kirkcaldy on its 25 years of involvement in the community; notes that it supports families through difficult times by providing parents with volunteer support, a crèche and a family group; recognises the importance of helping families who are coping with no support network or with alcohol and drug problems, post-natal depression and many other issues; commends the charity on helping almost 1,000 families over the last quarter-century, and hopes that it can continue to grow its number of volunteers so that it can help as many families as it can.
