As an amendment to motion S5M-1556.1 in the name of Angela Constance (Vital Funding Cut for Shopmobility West Lothian) leave out from "short-sighted" to end and insert "a direct consequence of year-on-year council budget cuts by the SNP administration, amounting to £92 million lost over the last 10 years, and understands that, according to SPICe, since 2013-14, the Scottish Government revenue budget has fallen by 0.8%, but that it passed on a 7.1% cut to the local government revenue budget.”
