John Thompson from Craigshill, Raising over £60,000 for Charity
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates John Thompson, who ls from Craigshill, on conquering what he says is his fear of heights by taking part in a charity abseil to raise over £500 for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland; understands that John has raised over £60,000 for charities and good causes for almost 50 years; commends his tremendous commitment to good causes and the community, and wishes him every success in his ongoing endeavours.
