West Lothian Advice Shop Achieves National Standard

That the Parliament congratulates West Lothian’s council-run advice shops on achieving national standards on the services and advice that they provide to local people; understands that the advice shop has achieved national standard levels 1, 2 and 3, which covers money, housing and benefits advice; acknowledges that the advice shops have assisted over 12,000 people in the last year and secured an extra £28 million in benefits for local people, and thanks all staff at West Lothian advice shops for their commitment to this vital service.
