The motion

That the Parliament commends West Lothian Council for supporting the Dignity Box initiative; understands that dignity boxes contain essential toiletries in public places where individuals can help themselves; notes that dignity boxes, an idea put forward by Isabel Dosser at Napier University, will now be available in West Lothian partnership centres as part of the council’s anti-poverty campaign, and wishes the local authority all the very best with the roll-out of this vital project.
