Glasgow Clan, 2018-19 Winners of the Gardiner Conference
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Glasgow Clan, formerly known as Braehead Clan, on winning the Gardiner Conference; notes that the Gardiner Conference is one of three conferences in the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL), with Dundee Stars and Fife Flyers also competing; further notes that Glasgow Clan has now won the competition five times since its inception in the 2012-13 season, and wishes the players, staff and supporters of the club the best of luck for the remainder of the season as it pushes up the EIHL table and into the play-offs.
