UF2 Infrared Cameras Donated to Scottish Mountain Rescue
The motion
That the Parliament commends Thales Glasgow, a company operating in Anniesland, for its donation of two Sophie UF2 infrared cameras to Scottish Mountain Rescue (SMR); notes that the donations will help SMR in search and rescue activities by providing day and night vision capabilities; further notes that this donation is worth £80,000, and wishes all workers and volunteers at SMR well in their courageous efforts to assist those encountering danger and difficulty in all Scottish mountain terrain.
