Congratulations to Vijay Chand, Higher Vision Photography Exhibition
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Vijay Chand on making a shortlist of 26 candidates, which was chosen from over 4,000 students from each parliamentary region of Scotland, for folios created as part of their higher photography courses; notes that these were displayed at the exhibition, Higher Vision Photography, at the Parliament; considers that the exhibition captured important social and cultural issues as seen through the lenses of young people in Scotland, and wishes Vijay every success for the future.
