Change Works in Peebles Turns One
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Change Works in Peebles on its first anniversary; understands that the hub, based on Peebles High Street, exists to help householders, businesses, community groups and health care providers to reduce heating and electricity costs and improve warmth in local homes, businesses and community spaces; believes that, as well as saving customers money, such advice also has a positive impact on the environment by reducing energy use, and wishes all at Change Works in Peebles the very best for the coming year.
