Highlands' First Dementia-friendly Retailer
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Tesco Tain on being recognised as a dementia-friendly store; understands that the store is the first retailer in the Highlands to be awarded this recognition by Alzheimer Scotland; recognises the commitment of the 40 staff who undertook dementia awareness training, and welcomes the operation of a weekly, relaxed checkout to meet the needs of customers.
