Renfrewshire Council, Closing the Attainment Gap

As an amendment to motion S5M-15914 in the name of Tom Arthur (Renfrewshire Council, Closing the Attainment Gap), insert at end "; considers that these results are the product of nearly six years of planning and hard work; recognises what it sees as the essential contribution of the council's early years strategy and its Tackling Poverty Commission, which was established in 2014, and firmly believes that this approach and strategy can help to improve standards and results across Scotland."
