Glasgow’s El Perro Negro Crowned Top Dog in Burger Cook-off
The motion
That the Parliament understands that the popular Glasgow burger bar, El Perro Negro, was named the best burger in the UK at the National Burger Awards 2019; understands that the Top Dog burger was created in a cook-off using ingredients provided onsite by event sponsors, which included the Scottish firm, Brewdog; notes that the National Burger Awards 2019 Grand Final was held in London at the Islington Metal Works; congratulates El Perro Negro on its award, and wishes the whole team at the popular Finnieston eatery continued success.
