Threatened Closure of Newtongrange and Gorebridge Libraries

As an amendment to motion S5M-15808 in the name of Christine Grahame (Threatened Closure of Newtongrange and Gorebridge Libraries), insert at end "; believes that the threatened closure of public services such as libraries is a direct result of what it considers the year-on-year cuts to council budgets imposed by the SNP administration over the last decade, and commends Midlothian Council for voting to reject council officials’ recommendations that it considers would have meant these libraries were under threat."
