Rosehall Primary School Climate Awareness
The motion
That the Parliament commends the actions of pupils from Rosehall Primary School for their participation in the recent climate change schools protest; notes that, as part of their learning on making Scotland a better place to live, the pupils used the opportunity of the climate change protest to down their pencils and made posters to encourage passing drivers to make changes to their lifestyles, and welcomes the positive response that the pupils received from drivers, many of whom stopped to find out more about the children’s views about climate change issues.
