Scarf Named One of the Top Companies to Work for in the UK
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the social enterprise, Scarf, on being named as one of the top companies to work for in the UK for the fifth time in six years; understands that the organisation is committed to tackling fuel poverty in areas of Aberdeen City and that this focus over the past 40 years has seen the team grow to 65 members of staff across two offices in Aberdeen and Dundee; is delighted to see a pattern of excellence with Scarf being previously named Best Employer at the Press and Journal Gold Awards, and winning the Commitment to People Development title at the Northern Star Business Awards, and wishes the team all the best in its future endeavours and in the continued growth of its unique working culture.
