Funding Success for Parent to Parent Ltd
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Parent to Parent Ltd in Dundee on securing £231,201 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the group is a voluntary organisation that supports parents of children with additional support needs, whether physical, learning, sensory or behavioural; acknowledges that the group will use the funding to deliver its FAB Together project, which will increase the number of support groups for parents/carers with young children with challenging behaviour; notes that the activities will include one-to-one support for parents and carers, workshops for the families and peer-support groups, and wishes the group well for the future.
