On the Ball Campaign, Rangers FC to Provide Free Period Products
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the On the Ball campaign on its ongoing success in the campaign to get football clubs to adopt access to free period products; welcomes that Rangers FC is the latest club to commit to free period products for fans; believes that access to period products is a human right and should be as freely available as other items such as hand wash and toilet paper; accepts that access to period products is crucial to ensuring equal access for women and girls’ participation in sport, and encourages other football clubs to sign up to the On the Ball campaign.
