Contest Puts Young People into Focus
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Alexander Mearns and Arianna Silva on winning the Young Photographer of the Year award from the Banff Rotary Club, and all of the other contestants; notes that the theme for the 2019 competition was Beauty of Nature, and welcomes the club's continued support to youth through the RotaKids initiative along with raising funds for a wide range of beneficiaries throughout the town and local area.
