Free Bus Travel for Under-25s

As an amendment to motion S5M-16408 in the name of Colin Smyth (Free Bus Travel for Under-25s), insert at end “; considers that, in line with the views of Partnership for Action on Drugs Scotland, access to affordable transport is fundamental to those with substance addictions recovery, and further welcomes the extension of free bus travel to those currently recovering from substance addiction.”
