Dumbarton Man Named Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Allan Donald on winning the prestigious title of Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year for his portfolio of three beautiful shots of the Scottish Highlands; celebrates that, after 15 years dedicated to capturing the best pictures of Scotland’s natural landscape, his hard work has paid off and his talent has been recognised; hopes that Allan’s triumph will encourage other budding photographers to enter their work into competitions such as this, and wishes him all the best as he continues to develop his passion and talent for photography.
