Alan and Barbara Waddell, Highland Games Co-chieftains

That the Parliament congratulates Alan and Barbara Waddell, from the Kilt Studio in Bathgate, on being named as co-chieftains of the 47th West Lothian Highland Games; notes that it is only the second time that a couple have shared the title in the history of these games; understands that Alan and Barbara are keen supporters of this event and have assisted previous chieftains get ready for the games through their specialist outfitting business; acknowledges that the day will be busy with pipe band performances, Highland dancing and sporting activities, and wishes the couple the best of luck for their special day.
