Revoking Article 50

As an amendment to motion S5M-16554 in the name of Patrick Harvie (Revoking Article 50), leave out from "commends" to end and insert "considers that the result of the referendum held across the UK in June 2016 should be respected and delivered, and that the best way of achieving this is to leave the EU with a withdrawal agreement."
