Earth Hour
The motion
That the Parliament notes that 8.30pm on 30 March 2019 will mark the start of Earth Hour; understands that hundreds of millions of people around the world will turn off their lights for 60 minutes as a display of their commitment to protecting the planet; congratulates the individuals, schools, companies, churches and all others that will share one hour of darkness in solidarity for the planet, and encourages all MSPs to support this global movement.
