Renfrewshire Carers Centre
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Renfrewshire Carers Centre on a successful rebranding launch event on 29 March 2019; recognises that the rebrand will give the centre a new sense of identity; notes that the event included the unveiling of the centre’s new logo, as well as the launch of a redesigned website; understands that the event also featured the premiere of the new DVD, Renfrewshire Carers Centre – A Lifeline for Carers in Renfrewshire, which offers first-hand accounts of the wide-reaching positive effects that the centre has had on local carers; recognises that the Renfrewshire Carers Centre has been providing a wide range of support and services to carers for over 20 years; commends the volunteers at the centre, many of whom are carers or former carers themselves, for all the excellent work that they do to provide vital assistance and emotional support, and hopes to see the centre’s continued success and growth.
