Diageo Introduces Fully Paid Paternity Leave to all Workers
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the investment by Diageo UK, Leven, in its workforce at the bottling plant and Cameron Bridge plant who will now be eligible for 26 weeks of fully-paid paternity leave and be able to retain benefits and bonuses regardless of gender, sexual orientation or whether they become parents biologically, via surrogacy or adoption, and considers that this stance reinforces Diageo’s commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment for all its employees.
