Harley Hepburn Merger
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Harley Hepburn of Kirkcaldy on merging with Haines Watts of Scotland; understands that the two companies merged after a senior partner, Norman Baynham, retired; recognises that both companies share common values and ethos, and wishes them the best of luck in the future.
