Rory Butcher, British Touring Car Championship Winner
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Rory Butcher from Kirkcaldy on winning the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) 2019; understands that Rory was originally awarded second place but was promoted to first after a five-second penalty was given to the winner, Tom Chilton, and wishes Rory the best of luck with the rest of the BTCC season.
