West Lothian College's Articulation Agreement with Queen Margaret University
The motion
That the Parliament congratulations West Lothian College on its first college articulation agreement with Queen Margaret University for HNC Childhood Practice students who want to become primary teachers; notes that successful students will be able to progress directly into the second year of the university’s new BA (Hons) Education Studies (Primary) degree, and believes that such arrangement between colleges and universities is widening access to university by shortening the learner journey by enabling HNC and HND graduates to move directly into second or third year of degrees.
