Queen's Scout Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mark Taylor, who is a member of the 5th Fife Kirkcaldy Scout Group, on achieving the Queen's Scout Award; recognises the hard work required to complete the five elements of the award, which are skill, physical activity, service, expedition and residential; notes that Mark undertook a hike from Buckie to Aviemore carrying all his equipment to complete the expedition stage, and hopes that he will continue to inspire others to challenge themselves in the Scouting movement as a leader.
