ScotRail Abellio Compensation Scheme

That the Parliament congratulates Which? on its report on rail franchise compensation schemes for passengers who receive a poor service; notes that the report calls for an automatic compensation scheme; further notes that ScotRail Abellio is singled out for criticism for having an overly complex scheme, and considers it inadequate, and calls on ScotRail Abellio to review and reform its system of compensation so that those customers that get a poor service receive fair and full compensation.
