Adopting the Place Principle

As an amendment to motion S5M-17265 in the name of Aileen Campbell (Adopting the Place Principle), insert at end "; recognises the negative impact of austerity on local services and local communities, and understands that a more joined-up, collaborative and participative approach to services requires sufficient resources to empower local people and those working in local services."
