Inverurie Butchers, Hamish Jones and Steven Cusak
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Hamish Jones and Steven Cusak, of the Inverurie-based John Davidsons Butchers on winning the Scottish Butchers Wars' pair section at the Scottish Craft Butchers Trade Fair in Perth; notes that this was the first Butchers Wars competition in the UK, and follows the success of such events in Australia and New Zealand; believes that Hamish and Steven excelled in meeting the judging criteria, which included appearance, creativity, technique and food safety, and wishes them continued success in their careers.
