New Coffee Club for Widowed Men

That the Parliament applauds Corstorphine Old Parish Church for introducing the Coffee Club for Widowed Men; notes that it began in March 2019, taking place on the first and third Tuesday of every month in Costa Coffee on St John’s Road; understands that the club provides emotional support, information about bereavement, friendship, tips on living alone and an opportunity to share knowledge and experience, while enjoying coffee and cake; understands that Corstorphine Old Parish Church offers essential emotional support for older people, and wishes it the best of luck in running this supportive club, which will benefit the local community.
