Happy Retirement, Elaine
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Elaine Brown, who is the PA to the principal at West Lothian College, and who also carried out that role for three former principals, on her retrial after 27 years of dedicated service to staff, students and board members; thanks Elaine for her tremendous contribution to the smooth running of the college, and wishes her well in her retirement.
