Congratulations to Celtic
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Celtic on winning the Scottish Cup on 25 May 2019 and securing what it sees as a historic "treble treble", winning every domestic honour available for the last three seasons, and recognises how much this means to the players, fans and everyone associated with the club.
