West Lothian College’s Terrace Restaurant
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the success of West Lothian College’s Terrace Restaurant in winning the Restaurant of the Year (South East) award at the Scottish Hospitality Awards in Glasgow on 21 May 2019; congratulates hospitality staff and students at the college for the consistently high quality of service in the restaurant; acknowledges that students gain invaluable experience in working in this busy fully-functioning restaurant, and wishes the college’s hospitality manager, Bob Prentice, well in his retirement after 38 years of excellent service.
