Police, Fire and Ambulance Service Volunteers
The motion
That the Parliament applauds everyone who volunteers with the police, fire and ambulance services in the Highlands and Islands and across Scotland; recognises the value of all of their efforts to support these vital services; acknowledges that, on many occasions, they are the unsung heroes, and notes what it sees as the disparity regarding the payment and free equipment that is provided by each service.
