Martin Rogers and the Rosyth Scouts

That the Parliament notes the success of Martin Rogers, who is a cub scout leader at Rosyth Scouts, at the recent at the Fife Voluntary Action Awards, at which he was named Volunteer of the Year; notes that Martin has been a cub scout leader for 54 years; believes that this demonstrates his tremendous commitment to the scouting movement, and wishes Martin and Rosyth Scouts continued success.
