Salvation Army Shops Awarded Revolved Certified Status
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Scotland's 53 Salvation Army (SA) shops, including those in Irvine and Kilwinning, on being awarded Revolved Certified status by Zero Waste Scotland; understands this this initiative aims to promote confidence in second-hand goods; notes that the SA is a Christian organisation that carries out charitable work, including operating shelters for homeless people and offering aid following disasters, and thanks everyone involved with it for providing support to the most vulnerable in society.
