Greenock Mum Recognised for Helping Others
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Moira Morrison from Greenock on being presented with a long service award from MS Society Scotland; understands that Moira was diagnosed with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis in 1983, shortly after having her third child, but refused to let the condition hold her back and has been volunteering with the Inverclyde MS support and activities group for over 15 years; believes that Moira’s attitude is an inspiration, and thanks her for giving up her valuable time to help others.
