The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Winifred Yvonne Craig Birnie, who is from Badenoch and Strathspey, on being awarded a BEM in The Queen’s Birthday Honours List for services to sport across the region; recognises her involvement with Rothiemurchus and Aviemore Tennis Club, Badenoch and Strathspey Sports Council and Kingussie Sports Hub, and wishes Winifred the very best.
