Midlothian Council Receives National Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Midlothian Council on receiving £166,550 from the National Lottery Community Fund Scotland; understands that this funding will be used to develop its existing project, which supports the survivors of domestic abuse and their children to maintain independent living through a tailored programme of support; recognises that this project will be delivered over two years to support 2,900 people in Midlothian and East Lothian, and wishes Midlothian Council the best of luck with developing this project.
