Sutherland Family Dance for Charity
The motion
That the Parliament commends the Sutherland family from Glenrothes who will be taking part in a huge programme of fundraising events in June 2019 in aid of Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland; notes that Robert and Lauren Sutherland and their children, Lennox and Chloe, will be joined by the children’s fellow Kirkcaldy-based dancers from NRJ Dance Studios as one of 12 teams set to compete at the Strictly Come Prancing competition in Glasgow in November, which will mark the finale to the group’s fundraising efforts; understands that the family is taking inspiration from Chloe’s recent success at the British Dance Championships, and wishes the family and the dance group the best of luck with their fundraising efforts.
