Caitlyn Ross, Residential Superstar of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Caitlyn Ross on being named Residential Superstar of the Year by the Scottish Institute for Residential Child Care; understands that Caitlyn was recognised for her work with young people at the Aberlour Child Care Trust residential home in Kirkcaldy; notes that she was nominated by 15-year-old Samantha Coyle, who moved into the home in 2018; commends Caitlyn's outstanding dedication, and wishes her all the best for the future.
