Keeping the EU Flag Flying
The motion
That the Parliament believes that it should permanently fly the EU flag as a statement of its values and its commitment to the EU’s four pillars, the freedom of movement of goods, people, services and capital, and as a reflection of how the citizens of Scotland voted in the 2016 EU referendum.
