North Glen Explorer Scout Unit Raise Funds for Gdansk Jamboree
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news of five members from the 89th North Glen Explorer Scout Unit who are currently raising funds to attend the Eurojam Scouting Jamboree in Gdansk, Poland, in 2020; notes that, for each Scout to attend, it will cost £1,100 and that the unit has already held a tombola at The Kingdom Shopping Centre in Glenrothes and a bake sale in Fife House; understands that the Scouts are also planning a tombola and various activities at Magnus Drive Fun Day where they will also be selling teas, coffees and cakes, and at Markinch Fun Day, and wishes the Scouts the best of luck with their fundraising efforts.
