Two Scottish Comedy Awards for Billy Kirkwood
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Billy Kirkwood, who is from Irvine, on being awarded two prizes at the Scottish Comedy Awards 2019; understands that Billy won the Best Radio Comedian award for hosting West FM's breakfast show, which he has presented for over two years, and also the Best Comedy Night award with Enterteasement, a burlesque crew; commends Billy for his outstanding talent, and wishes him every success for the future.
