Schoolgirl Chloe is a Little Champion

That the Parliament congratulates Chloe Lennon, who is from Irvine, on being named Scotland’s Little Champion; understands that Chloe was one of three children from across the country to be awarded the title; notes that Scotland’s Champion awards are organised in partnership with the Daily Record, Sunday Mail and Utilita to recognise and celebrate the exceptional achievements of ordinary people throughout Scotland; believes that the awards recognise people for efforts that can often go unnoticed, and wishes Chloe and the other winners the very best for the future.
