University Hospital Monklands HIS Report

That the Parliament notes the report published by Healthcare Improvement Scotland on 3 July 2019 regarding an unannounced ward and theatre visit to the University Hospital Monklands earlier in 2019; acknowledges the report's recognition of good practice regarding infection control and working relationships between staff; notes that the cleanliness of the theatre department was reported as excellent and that an action plan is in place to progress further improvements, and commends all staff working at the University Hospital Monklands for their professionalism and dedication all year round.
